Our 20×40 party tent is 800 square feet of covered space – the size you book when the guest list has outgrown a backyard canopy. It handles a full seating layout plus a buffet line and a gift and dessert area without anyone squeezing past anyone. This is the tent for wedding receptions, large graduations, church functions and corporate events.

Frequently asked questions
20×30 or 20×40?
Count your guests. Under 60, the 20×30 is enough and costs less. Over 60, or if you need a buffet line plus full seating, go to the 20×40.
How long does installation take?
Budget a couple of hours for a tent this size. We schedule tent installs separately from inflatable deliveries, often the day before.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes – delivery, setup and pickup are included across our North DFW service area.
How far in advance should I book?
Sooner is better, especially for spring and summer weekends. Popular dates book out several weeks ahead and each item is one of a kind.
