The answers

How much space do I need for a bounce house?

For a standard 13×13 bounce house, plan on roughly 18 by 18 feet of clear, level space – the unit plus safety clearance on all sides. Water slides and combos need more, and tall units need open sky with no power lines, branches or eaves overhead. Send us your yard measurements and gate width when you book and we will confirm the fit before delivery day.

Do I need a power outlet?

Yes – a standard grounded 110V outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. Inflatables run on a continuous-airflow blower that stays on the whole time the unit is in use, and larger units run more than one blower. No outlet in range? Add a $75 generator to your order.

What surfaces can you set up on?

Grass is best because stakes anchor into soil. Concrete, asphalt, turf and indoor gym floors work too – we bring sandbag ballast for those. We cannot set up on gravel, rock, bare dirt or any surface with sharp debris.

What happens if it rains?

We do not operate inflatables in heavy rain, lightning or winds above roughly 15 to 20 mph. If the forecast turns before your event, contact us and we will reschedule you or arrange a credit. You will not be charged for a unit you could not safely use.

How long is a standard rental?

Your event day: we deliver in the morning, you use it through the afternoon, and we pick up in the evening. Tell us your party start time when you book and we build the delivery window around it.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to three weeks for spring and summer Saturdays. Every unit we own is one of a kind, so a booked date means that specific unit is gone. Our two obstacle courses book out furthest of anything in the fleet.

Is the equipment actually clean?

Every unit is washed and sanitized after each rental and inspected before it goes back out – seams, stitching, netting and blower connections checked on every delivery.

Can water slides run in cooler months?

Most of our slides and combos run wet or dry. In dry mode the splash pool comes off and the same unit works year round, including indoors at gyms and church halls with enough ceiling height.

Can you set up at a public park?

Usually – but most North DFW city parks require a pavilion reservation or permit for inflatables, and park outlets are rare, so plan on adding a generator. Reserve with the city first; we handle anchoring and insurance on our end.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry liability insurance and operate to the Texas Department of Insurance standard for inflatable amusement rides – commercial-grade units, documented inspections and manufacturer-spec anchoring.

Who supervises the inflatable during the party?

An adult you designate supervises whenever children are on the unit. We walk that person through the rules at setup: shoes off, similar sizes together, no flips, everyone out in high wind.

Do you deliver, or can I pick up?

We deliver – it is included in the price inside our core North DFW area. Proper transport and anchoring is most of what keeps inflatables safe, so we handle it door to door.

Can I keep the rental overnight?

Ask us when you book. Overnight and multi-day rentals are often possible for backyard events at an added rate, depending on the unit and the neighborhood.

What if I need to cancel?

Reach out as soon as plans change and we will work with you – reschedule, credit, or another fair arrangement. Weather cancellations never cost you the rental.
