InflatableTX respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you book a rental we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address, delivery address and details about your event such as the date, party times, setup surface and whether you need a generator. If you contact us by phone, text or email, we keep that conversation so we can help you.
Why we collect it
We use your information to deliver your rental, confirm your delivery window, send your receipt and reminders, and follow up after your event. We use your delivery address to calculate travel distance from our shop. That is it.
Payments
We do not store your full card number on this website. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, which is responsible for securing that data. We can see the last few digits and the result of the transaction, nothing more.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies to keep your cart and your selected event date while you shop. We may use analytics tools to understand which pages people visit so we can improve the site. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart will stop working if you do.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, ever. We share it only with the services that make a booking work, such as our email delivery and payment providers, and only to the extent they need it. We will also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for our books and for warranty or dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time and we will, except for records we are required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link. Booking confirmations and reminders are not marketing, so those keep coming for an active rental.
