This page explains how deposits, balances, cancellations and weather work for every InflatableTX rental. You agree to these terms when you check the boxes at checkout.
Deposits and balances
A 50 percent deposit reserves your date and takes that unit off the calendar for everyone else. The remaining balance is due before or at setup. You can pay the balance by cash, Zelle or debit/credit card. For events at public parks, the deposit is taken by card up front and the balance is due in cash on the day of the event before we set up.
Cancellations and rain check credit
All payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel for any reason, the full amount you have paid is issued as a rain check credit, good for 12 months from your original event date. You can put that credit toward any rental with us during that year. We do not issue money back.
Weather
Texas weather does what it wants. If there is heavy rain, high wind, lightning or any condition we judge unsafe, you may reschedule at no extra charge, subject to what is available on the new date. Safety comes first: we will not set up or leave a unit running in unsafe conditions. Weather reschedules do not create a monetary refund.
Damage waiver
At checkout you can add our optional damage waiver for 7 percent of your rental total. It covers accidental damage that happens to our equipment while it is in your possession. It does not cover intentional damage or theft. Without the waiver, you are responsible for damage beyond normal wear.
Cleaning
Every unit is cleaned and sanitized before it comes to you. Please keep food, drinks, silly string, confetti, paint and pets off and out of the inflatables. Silly string in particular permanently stains the vinyl. Units returned excessively dirty or stained may be charged a cleaning fee.
Setup requirements
We need a clear, level setup area free of debris, pet waste and obstacles, plus a standard 110v outlet within 100 feet, or a generator added to your order. A responsible adult 18 or older must be present at delivery and for the duration of the rental. Tell us in advance about stairs, long carries, sand, gates narrower than 36 inches, or anything else that affects access.
