What comes with a concession machine rental?
Everything you need to serve about 50 guests: the commercial machine plus supplies – cones and two syrup flavors with the snow cone machine, floss sugar and cones with the cotton candy machine, kernels, oil and bags with the popcorn machine, and a 140oz cheese bag with the nacho station. No grocery run required.
How much do concession rentals cost?
Snow cone, cotton candy, popcorn and hot dog roller machines are $60 each per day; the nacho chip and cheese station is $70. Refill kits for about 50 more servings run $15 to $20. Delivery is included with any inflatable order.
What power does a concession machine need?
A standard grounded 110V outlet. If you are running several machines, put them on separate circuits – stacking three machines on one breaker is the most common way parties trip it. Renting a generator solves it for park events.
Do I need to know how to operate the machines?
No experience needed. Every machine is plug-and-serve and we do a quick how-to walkthrough at drop-off. Cotton candy takes about two minutes to learn; everything else is switch-on-and-go.
Which concession goes best with a water slide?
Snow cones, every time – ice-cold on a hot Texas afternoon next to a slide is the combination customers rebook year after year. For indoor or school events, popcorn’s smell pulls the biggest line.
Do you supply the ice for snow cones?
You supply bagged ice, we supply everything else. Plan roughly one 10-pound bag per 25 to 30 cones and keep it in a cooler – our 120QT event cooler rental is $20 if you need one.
