How many tables and chairs do I need for my party?
A useful rule: seating for about half your guest list at a backyard party, since people rotate between eating and mingling. Twenty guests? Two 6ft table-and-chair sets covers meals, plus one more table for food and gifts. For sit-down dinners, seat everyone – a 60-inch round handles 8 guests.
How much do table and chair rentals cost?
White folding chairs are $2.50 each, 6ft tables $12, 8ft tables $18, cocktail tables $12, and a 60-inch round with 8 chairs is $38. Package deals save more: a 6ft table with 6 chairs is $23, two sets are $40, and an 8ft table with 6 chairs is $32.
Do you deliver tables and chairs?
Yes – they ride along with any inflatable or tent order at no extra delivery charge. For table-and-chair-only orders, a delivery minimum may apply depending on your location; we will tell you upfront before you book.
Do you provide linens or tablecloths?
We do not stock linens, but standard sizes fit everything we rent: 6ft and 8ft banquet linens and 32-inch cocktail covers from any party store work perfectly.
Can the tables and chairs be used indoors?
Yes – the molded tops and steel frames are safe on gym floors, tile and hardwood, and the chairs stack for easy staging. They work equally well on grass and patios outdoors.
How many round tables fit under a tent?
Six 60-inch rounds with seating fit comfortably under our 20×30 tent – about 48 guests. Add a buffet line and plan on five rounds. Our 20×40 tent takes eight rounds plus serving space.
